15 Days Money-Back Policy

The DIAMUSE Jewells comes with 15 Days No question asked Money-Back Policy, which makes the customer eligible for a 100% refund on return of the jewellery within a period of 15 days.

The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

Once the product is returned under our 15 Days Money-Back policy, the amount will be credited to your The DIAMUSE Jewells wallet or you may choose to get the amount refunded to your bank account, as below:

1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

Loose Solitaire Diamond / Gemstones and Gold Coins are not covered under this policy. This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

Pre-requisites

Any item that shows signs of wear and tear, alterations, damage, resizing will not be eligiblefor return. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the original supporting paperwork and certificates. Product will not be accepted under this policy if “The DIAMUSE Jewells authenticity” Tag is removed.

In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before processing the Return/ Exchange under the Easy Returns and Exchange policy. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer.

Guide to return

1. Select the item in your order that you want to return from here
2. Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate. Present it to our logistics pickup person for a quality check. Then, if you have received a tamper-proof packet from us, please secure your jewellery in it and seal it. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed. Please hand over the product / packet to the person. Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper or photo of tracking number or SMS confirmation of pickup).
3. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed after a quality check.
